Terms and Conditions

**Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.**
‧ This is valid on the designated date only. Requests for change of date will not be accepted.
‧ In the event of inclement weather, the ticket is non-refundable.
‧ Participants must be aged 18 years or above to be eligible for purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
‧ Price is subject to 10% service charge of original price.
‧ The ticket is non-refundable, cannot be used to offset prepaid charges, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full or other hotel services.
‧ The ticket is valid for a single transaction only, and unconsumed value will not be refunded.
‧ The ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, special menus or events.
‧ The hotel will not re-issue the ticket in case of loss or damage and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the hotel’s decision is final and binding.
