1. The vouchers are valid until 31 December 2023 only. Requests for extension will not be accepted.
2. 24-hour advance bookings with Wellness at The Murray are required and the offer is subject to availability.

4. Guests must provide the redemption QR code at the time of reservation.
5. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.
6. Purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.
7. The hotel will not re-issue the vouchers in case of loss or damage and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
8. In case of any disputes, the decision of The Murray, Hong Kong shall be final and binding.
