‧ Guests must present the redemption QR code at the time of collection.
‧ Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance prior to collection on LG/F at Murray Lane. Please contact +852 3141 8888 for any enquiries.
‧ Discount offers are subject to seasonal changes and hotel will update concurrently.
‧ Discount is strictly applicable to dining at specified restaurants, bars only and do not apply to service charge.
‧ The offers are subject to 10% service charge of the original price.
‧ This membership is non-transferable.
‧ This card must be presented upon bill payment.
‧ Reservations must be made in advance and special seating requests are subject to availability.
‧ Only one Elite card may be used per table for a total of 8 people, including the member, on a single receipt.
‧ The offer and prepaid value cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.
‧ Discount not applicable to beverage packages in all outlets at all meal periods.
‧ Prepaid value of this card is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash. The prepaid value will be valid for 12 months, counted by card issued date.
‧ No blackout dates for the prepaid value of this card, but not applicable to banquets and any restaurant buyout events.
‧ The prepaid value can spend in our 5 outlets (Cotton Tree Terrance, The Tai Pan, Garden Lounge, Popinjays and Murray Lane), included beverage package but limited to the bill up to 8 persons including the member, on a single receipt.
‧ The prepaid value cannot be used on events included NICCOLO Rooms and restaurant buy out events
‧ The Murray, Hong Kong reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this card without prior notice.
‧ If this card is lost, stolen, or mislaid, members should report the loss at any of our outlets. Our hotel will then cancel the reported lost card accordingly.
